Services Raheen FRC Offer

While ARC Family Resource Centre, Raheen is be closed to the public during the Covid 19 pandemic, we are still working behind the scenes to do our utmost to ensure that the services and supports we offer are not disrupted wherever feasible.  Please see below for the list of services that are still fully operational.


Meals Delivery Service

ARC Family Resource Centre, Raheen offers affordable, healthy meals every Tuesday for those living alone, recovering from illness, the older members of the community and for anyone requiring a hot meal. This service is also available to anyone self-isolating or cocooning.

Booking is essential.

Free Food Hampers

Are you struggling to buy food or know of a family who are?
ARC Family Resource Centre, Raheen is offering FREE food hampers to those in need.

All hampers are prepared inline with strict hygiene practices and interaction with service users will be kept to a minimum.

Free Counselling for Teenagers and Adults

If you feel you are unable to cope, for whatever reasons, it can help to talk to someone.

ARC Family Resource Centre, Raheen offers free counselling to adults and teenagers with a professional counsellor.

This service is available through phone calls, video conferencing and in person sessions.  To ensure the safety of our staff and service users, social distancing and strict hygiene practices will be adhered to at all times.

Family Support Drop In Service

We are aware that this is a very stressful and difficult time for some families but we want to assure you that this service is still available to offer support to anyone who needs it. Our face to face drop in service is not running at present, however we will continue to provide support by phone instead.

Our Family Support Service is available every Monday from 10 to 1 p.m.
